The Airline Customer Advocate manages complaints about the 4 participating airlines. These are currently Jetstar (Jetstar Airways Pty Limited), Qantas (Qantas Airways Limited), Rex (Regional Express Holdings Ltd) and Virgin Australia (Virgin Australia Airlines Pty Ltd.)

For complaints about non participating airlines, the airline’s website should contain information about how to contact it, and in many instances, will also include specific information about how to complain online. There may also be a call centre number for consumers to contact as a first step.
